It is a peer reviewed international journal published twice annually (for the time-being) using an open access publication model. The journal aim is to foster research in the fields of science, engineering and technology, as well as to provide review coverage of the technical developments that shape our world. It is devoted to publication of original research articles, related to theory and/or applications that have not been published (or submitted simultaneously), at any language, elsewhere. For this reason a patient with diagnosis: “Ca. Cutis exulcerans region frontalis lat. sin.” was simulated on computer tomography (CT), then a personal bolus was designed and printed with thermoplastic material, polylactic acid (PLA). For quality comparison purposes an identical treatment plan was prepared with and without printed bolus. The dosimetric evaluation shows that 4% of the delivered dose will be higher when printed bolus was applied. This additional dose made a big difference in favor of quality treatment of the patient and operational costs for bolus printing and application are negligible related to treatment benefits. The patient face was simulated with the Computer Tomography (CT) and then the bolus was designed with Computer Aid Designed (CAD) software, 3D Slicer. The bolus was segmented for radiotherapy needs but the head was also segmented only for illustration reasons. For slicing of 3D models were used PrusaSlicer software. All inputs parameters of printing were chosen by the quality of printing and the purpose of use. The ‘G-code’ was created for printing. The printing is done with the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) additive manufacturing and Polylactic Acid (PLA). The printer was calibrated and used in accordance with the producer manual. This technique shows many advantages like the precision of model printing, short production time, cheap production, and higher dosimetric benefits for dose distribution of the patient. The main goal was doing research in the field of already existing sports bottles, as well as creating a new and innovative sport’s bottle design which implements good ergonomic principles and requirements. Some light is shone on the use of material, and the product manufacturing process, all with a goal to create a product which is of good quality, great performance and affordable price. A crucial point in the research is the virtual validation. The 3D model of the bottle design, as well as the core and cavity moulds, and the product simulation were created in the software SolidWorks. A further analysis was made using the software CATIA and Human Builder, to ergonomically analyze and verify said ergonomic reusable bottle. The research is based on the application of three disciplines: bionics, kinetics and modular design. The principles of these interdisciplinary studies are applied and verified in the development of a reactive, aerodynamic, wind turbine blade profile. Several variants of nature-inspired shapes and modular kinetic structures are offered, analyzed and tested in order to optimize the design and reach maximum aerodynamics of the blade and the best performance under the influence of wind. The final tests of the blade are conducted using an open-air tunnel. The created blade profile could be applied in various products with possibility of moving under the influence of wind, rain, sea waves, etc. The shape and structure could be used in designing industrial products, architectural and artistic objects, but also in the design of complex engineering solutions. The mineralogical composition of the river sediment was determined by X-ray analysis. The granulometric distribution of the grains from the river sediment was determined as a basic parameter that has an impact on its physical properties. A microscopic observation on various dimensional fractions of the grains were performed. The porosity and capillary system of the river sediment in correlation with the structure was defined. The transfer of moisture horizontally and vertically from the water line was examined. Therefore, the heat transfer was monitored by measuring the temperature at various depths (0, 5, 10 and 15 cm) and various distances (1, 1.5 and 2 m) from the river water line. The properties of the river sediment are affected by the deposited minerals and organic material from the river basin, as well as horizontal and vertical transfer of moisture and heat. The pedogenic factors have an influence on structure, composition and properties of the soil. As an open system the soil has continuous transfer of energy and matter from the atmosphere. In this research, the temperature and moisture of the agricultural soil from southern slope of the mountain of Skopska Crna Gora were monitored. The measurements of the soil parameters were realized at different periods of the day (8, 11, 14, and 17 h) at various soil depths (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 cm). In addition, the atmospheric parameters were monitored as well. The soil was characterized by X-ray, mineralogical, granulometric and physico-chemical analysis. Consequently, the impact of the atmospheric conditions upon the soil parameters was studied, in correlation with structure, composition and properties of the soil.
